We take requests in order of time received, so if another team has requested first, they have priority.

If you have a request that is not listed above, please email us after your payment is made at Lance@TPRbaseball.com to specify what your request is, we will try.
We are not able to guarantee a request for Back to Back games in the middle of the day. Example: 10am and 12pm or 12pm and 2pm. Many ask for these times, but it is not possible to guarantee it.
Game time requests are for Saturday. No Sunday requests can be made due to play off seedings.
In large events, it is not always possible to get your exact request if your request comes in close to the deadline. The earlier the request is received, the better your team's chance to get what they need.
Requests are not refundable, but if a change occurs and your request is not used, you can use it for a future event. We are happy to record your request without payment, but it is given less priority than any paid request.
Again, the deadline is Monday at 10am of that week's event and any requests after that time most likely cannot be honored.
